Workplace

In every workplace there are rules and standards to be met. There is always some kind of supervision to verify that the rules are followed. But the supervision is not only for the regulation; it is also for the safety of the company. In many companies they are using cameras, monitors, sensors of guns, etc.

While each employer can set rules and standards, these rules must not affect the honor, dignity or privacy of each employee. Always we have a certain limit because we are working with people. Undue surveillance situation can cause legal problems for the company. Monitoring systems are needed, but they should not be excessive.

A company must protect its processes and products, so that the best security process should be the correct choice of the employee. But this process can fail, so it should be complemented with other security mechanisms.

  2. yes, For example, in a shoe store employees can be brought pairs of shoes in the package. Because of this, the security guard at the checkout checks so that this does not happen.
